Office online self service module allows contractors to make holiday requests
Scotland faces possible strikes by tanker drivers over the bank holiday period after Unite members yesterday (Monday, March 26) voted overwhelmingly in favour of industrial action. The dispute is over terms and conditions and safety standards. A Scottish Government spokesman said: “Scottish Ministers are closely monitoring the situation, and have been in touch with the industry and UK ministers. We continue to be in regular contact with industry and agency partners to assess any developments and progress contingency plans.”
Absence planning and entitlement plus lateness reporting and management are some of the working rules features dealt with ease by Time and Attendance Scotland clocking systems. The on-line self service module allows employees or contractors to view and change their personal information via an Internet Browser. Access to the self-service module is username and password protected. After a successful login, staff can view their absence calendar and make holiday requests; or add or amend any of their clockings, to be authorised subsequently.
